City of London Police (CoLP)

The CoLP are responsible for policing within the City's square mile. The two territorial divisions, based at Snow Hill and Bishopsgate, are responsible for the day-to-day policing of the City. Fifty per cent of the force work from these stations. The CoLP Camera Enforcement Section forms part of the Criminal Justice Unit (CJU).

In 2001, the LSCP introduced the first speed camera sites within the City area. There are currently 6 speed cameras and 7 red light cameras in the City.
